The PS5 has been one of the hottest gaming consoles to exist and with it being out for a few years now, many are wondering what the next step is.
Traditionally, Sony releases a smaller or “slim” version of their flagship console to those that want something cheaper and less bulky.
So when can we expect a PS5 Slim to arrive?

We’re expecting the PS5 Slim to release later this year, most likely around the Holiday time to coincide with Christmas.
New court documents from Microsoft in its court case against the FTC have revealed that Sony could be releasing a PlayStation 5 Slim later this year.
“PlayStation likewise sells a less expensive Digital Edition for $399.99, and is expected to release a PlayStation Slim later this year a the same reduced price point.”
So expect the PS5 Slim to arrive before the year is out.
