Valorant Episode 7 Act 2 is right around the corner, meaning a new Battle Pass, exciting changes to the game and hopefully new toys to play with!

This next update is teasing the addition of a new map and like previous new acts, will have some familiar Agent and Weapon changes.

So here’s what we know about the next update in Valorant.

Valorant Episode 7 Act 2 Release Date

We’re expecting this next update to be released on the 29th of August 2023.

It will launch at the following times:

• 10 pm BST
• 5 pm ET
• 2 pm PT

Patch Notes

We’re still waiting for a list of Patch Notes, which will likely be extensive in the new Act.

The PBE for update 7.04 goes live on the 28th of August 2023 for just 24 hours; where we’ll get our first look at the patch notes.

    • Thrash’s explosion had a little makeover to make it easier to see and understand the area it has affected (on top of being beautiful)

New Agent

There is no new agent in this update of Valorant.

A new Agent is scheduled to come once an Episode, since Deadlock arrived in the opening of Episode 7, it’s unlikely a new Agent will arrive this time around.

Agent 24 is set to release later in 2023.

New Map – Sunset

The description of the latest video reads:

“Cypher and Deadlock’s peek behind the KINGDOM curtain is just the beginning. Keep your eyes open for more secrets and details to be revealed between now and August 26.”

The new map will be revealed at Champions Finals and is codenamed “Juilett”

Valorant Episode 7 Act 2 Battle Pass

As usual, the Battle Pass will have free and premium cosmetics to earn in the new Act.

The Premium Battle Pass costs 1000 VP (which is roughly $10) and contains many more rewards.
