What Is In The Pokemon Paldea Legends Koraidon And Miraidon Gift Tins?

As trainers gear up for a new Scarlet and Violet expansion, Paldea Evovled, the Pokemon TCG is being flooded with new products.

Some of these are not set-specific, including the Paldea Legends Gift Tins!

These are the first gift tins of the Scarlet and Violet era and are quite a big deal.

So what’s inside these Paldea Legends Gift Tins?

What’s In The Paldea Legends Gift Tins?

In the USA, they are already available, while in the UK they release on the 9th of June 2023.

There are two gift tins in total, one featuring Koraidon ex and another featuring Miraidon ex.

Both tins feature an assortment of packs, which will come on to in a bit.

Miraidon ex 028 (Black Star Promo)

The featured Miraidon ex card is a Black Star Promo card.

The electric type has 220 HP, with one attacking move and one ability.

Its ability, ‘Tandem Unit’, allows a player once during their turn to search their deck for up to 2 basic lighting energy Pokemon and put them onto their bench. They then shuffle their deck.

Miraidon’s attacking move, ‘Photon Blaster’, requires two lightning energy and any other third energy. This deals 220 damage, but during your next turn, Miraidon can not attack.

Koraidon ex 029 (Black Star Promo)

The featured Koraidon ex card is a Black Star Promo card.

The fighting type has 230 HP, with one attacking move and one ability.

Its ability, ‘Dino Cry’, allows a player once during their turn to attach up to 2 basic fighting energy cards from their discard pile to their basic fighting Pokemon in any way they would like. Once this ability is used, it ends their turn.

Miraidon’s attacking move, ‘Wild Impact’, requires two fighting energy and any other third energy. This deals 220 damage, but during your next turn, Koraidon can not attack.
