The 2023 release of Modern Warfare 3 is an exciting prospect for many Call of Duty fans, based on gameplay leaks, it looks like we’re getting the Call of Duty we’ve wanted for years.

Every year, since Black Ops 3, Call of Duty has released a beta for players to get an experience of the upcoming title; whilst also giving the devs useful feedback to help improve their game for launch.

The beta has proven to be a popular and useful tool in the past and continues to feature year after year.

Here’s all of the information for the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (2023) beta so far.

We can expect the Beta to run over the course of two extended weekends.

The first weekend will be exclusive to PlayStation users as this is the last year there is an exclusivity agreement in place for SONY and Activision.

According to Insider Gaming, these dates run from the 6th-10th of October 2023.

The second weekend will allow the beta to be available to all other platforms (as well as PlayStation) from the 12th-16th of October 2023.

The beta is open to those that obtain a Beta code, but usually, the beta opens up for all to try in the last day or two of each weekend.

The vendor that you use to pre-order the game will distribute your beta code when it’s ready.

While no maps have officially been confirmed in Modern Warfare 3, two maps have been leaked.

These maps include Scrapyard and Terminal, which have come from the game’s Alpha.
