Feebas is one of the older Pokemon to return to Scarlet and Violet, being introduced in Generation 3.
It’s not the best Pokemon, however, it turns into a glorious one when evolved into Milotic, but its evolution can be complicated.

How To Get A Prism Scale In Teal Mask
Feebas is a complicated Pokemon to evolve and it requires the special item then Prism Scale to do it.
The Prism Scale is only half of the journey when it comes to evolving Feebas, especially as previous ways to evolve it are now obsolete.
There are currently two ways to obtain a Prism Scale in Teal Mask.
The first one and probably the easiest way to obtain this important item is by finding it as a dropped item.
Players will find a Prism Scale as a dropped item on the east side of Fellhorn Gorge in the Teal Mask DLC.
