As we wait for the release of EA’s new Football simulation video game ‘EA Sports FC‘, it brings an interesting question as to who the Cover Star will be this year.

It’s a prestigious honour to be featured on the front cover of a FIFA game, or now to be EA Sports FC, as one of the most recognised video game franchises in history.

The person chosen will join legends such as Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney, Ronaldinho, Thierry Henry and many more.

EA Sports FC 24 cover star is confirmed to be Erling Haaland.

This puts an end to a three-year period for the PSG frontman Kylian Mbappe.

It’s not a surprise to see Haaland feature on the cover of the game, as the Man City Striker won the treble in his debut season and scored 52 goals in 53 games. 36 of those goals were scored in the Premier League, which is a record for a player in a single season.
