As a new GTA Online weekly update roles around, new cars are being featured.

Players can now grab the Declasse Drift Tampa, a wide-body drifting variant of the Tampa.

The car was originally released as part of the ‘Cunning Stunts’ update on July 19th 2016.

So how good is the Declass Drift Tampa and is it worth it?

The Drift Tampa is available for GTA$995,000.

Drift Tampa In Real Life

The Drift Tampa is based on the 1964-1973 Ford Mustang and 1970/1971 Dodge Dart.

The modifications take influence both from the 1965 Ford Mustang Hoonicorn RTR, a Gymkhana Car driven by Ken Block, and the 1969 Mustang RTR-X driven by Vaughn Gittin Jr.

Modifications can be done at LS Car Meet, Auto Shop, Beeker’s Garage and Los Santos Custom.

You can get modifications in your Agency Vehicle Workshop, CEO Office Custom Auto Shop, Arena Workshop, Avenger or Mobile Operations Center if you have bought all the requirements needed to customize this vehicle there.

Top Speed

The top speed of the Declasse Drift Tampa is 150 km-h/93.21 mph based on the data in the game files.

How To Get It

To obtain this car, you’ll need to buy it from Southern San Andreas Super Autos.

Or you can win it as part of the Podium Vehicle from the 1st-7th of June 2023.

As it’s an Exotic Car, the Declasse Drift Tampa can spawn at one of the locations on the map below.

Is It Worth It?

The car has some great handling, allowing you to oversteer and initiate drift easily while also possessing rapid acceleration.

It’s a great car for those that like to drive around both for business and pleasure. But in terms of a racing car, many sports cars will run rings around it (and cheaper).

While it does have some nice drift to it, its not necessarily something that sets it apart from the other drifting cars.

For the price tag, I wouldn’t say it is worth it (unless you’re a Ken Block fan).
